Great communication with their office (Olivia) on how the moving process works, time frames, cost etc.
The day before the move Olivia reached out with the names and phone numbers of the two movers who would be getting us from the UES to Hell's Kitchen. Our move window was set from 10am-1pm, the movers were outside at 9:55am and ready to go right at 10.
Somehow they managed to get us fully out of our apartment in less than an hour (while wrapping and taking great care of all of our stuff) and over to our new apartments in no time.
Unfortunately we ran into some new issues at our new apartment (we were early for our reserved elevator time), but Chris and Jakob were patient and waited for the elevator to become available.
They had everything up into our apartment in under 30 minutes, paid with a CC on their handheld device and off they went!
Every single box has been unwrapped and nothing was broken.
I would highly recommend using Metropolis Moving.
Pro Tip- Purchase the labels pre-printed with room names on them from Staples/Office Depot, it will make it much easier for the movers when they bring everything into your new apartment.
