Moved to NYC last year. I had to U-Pack(ship) all of my belongings across the country. The movers arrived just as I had been informed that my container, which was scheduled to arrive weeks earlier, had actually never arrived. It was still sitting in the lot back in Texas. MAJOR L on mine and U-Pack’s part, but the movers were so cool about it, even helped me get back to the train because they could tell I was on the struggle bus(LOL). They let me reschedule my move for no additional charge. 10/10 would use again. Thank you guys!!!
