Excellent, friendly, professional service at a good price. We moved last week from Staten Island to Manhattan. The process for getting a quote on their website was very detailed and well thought out. We were able to update our inventory up to 3p the day before the move. They adjusted the quote accordingly. We packed all our (100+) boxes ourselves to make sure they could complete the move within the elevator window of both buildings. We also had some standard furniture. One of the 3-man crew arrived early and confirmed the inventory list. The other two crew arrived with the truck also before the appointment time. They dismantled our bed/headboard and finished loading the truck by 10:30a. They arrived at our new apartment before 12p and finished unloading by 1:30p, including reassembling our bed. They charged exactly what they quoted. It was such a pleasure working with them. They are a small company with full-time employees. They pay their employees well. We highly recommend them.
