I’ve used Metropolis moving twice now (about 4 years ago and a month ago for my latest move) and they are just simply awesome. My move was seamless and that is why I used them again – reliability of not having to deal with any hassles or headaches during my move. The office staff is super responsive and will work with you on adding / removing items – we at the last minute decided to move our couch and a desk as well (thanks supply chain) and they didn’t gouge me on the price to add at all which I appreciated. The movers themselves are guys you’d want to get a beer with – super nice, efficient, and caring with your stuff – “navy seals of moving” as my fiancé said. Overall – great moving company who clearly care about being equitable and doing a good job / maintaining their brand of reliability.
